My name is James Boughey and my aim in life is to help you achieve financial independence by showing you how to lower your expenditure and increase your wealth.
I am 70 years young and I live in a small village in Leicestershire UK with my wonderful wife and four dogs. We have a son Stuart who works in real estate in London. I also have a sister Sheila of whom I am very fond. Sheila and her husband Derek have made a very successful life for themselves and have now retired to live in Spain. My wife and I both grew up on farms, our grandfathers where farmers. I am confined to a wheelchair now days but when I was younger I used to love to walk in the mountains and moors, sail, canoe (I built my own canoe), horse ride and jog.
Leaving school aged 15 I worked as a labourer until my fathers sudden death when I was 23. I had the most loving parents and the death of my father effected me very deeply and still does. Luckily a few years after my fathers death I met my wife Linda and we have now been very happily married for 38 wonderful years.
Although my father and sister where educated at Grammar school I managed to fail my 11 plus (I developed double pheumonia and pleurisy and nearly died. The long recovery effected my education). Later I discovered I have an IQ of 134. After my fathers death I decided to better my life and trained to become a welder and I gained advanced qualifications in all forms of welding and gained employment as a welder for the Reliant Motor Company in Staffordshire. When the company went into receivership I retrained as a Management Services Officer in local government. I also obtained my first degree by distance learning. 15 years later I obtained a good honours degree in Biochemistry and Health Studies and joined the Royal Army Medical Corps as a Medical Technician (I declined the offer of an Admin Officer post because I wanted to be where I could do the most good treating the sick and wounded). I was in the Army for over 13 years and when I retired I ran my own business (I have post graduate business qualifications). My last job was improving the efficiency and effectiveness of various business organizations – in short saving them money.
Your story-how to reduce your expenditure and increase your income.
Reducing your expenditure. Before I retired, I realized that my retirement income would be insufficient to allow me to achieve my retirement goals. So I took my top four items of expenditure (mortgage, household shopping, vehicle insurance and gas/electricity bills) and looked for ways to reduce these costs. I remortgaged and saved £1416 a year, I saved £1560 a year by using a technique called ‘downshifting’ to reduce my weekly shopping bills, saved £804 on my car insurance and knocked £349 off my gas and electricity bills. I saved £4129 a year on just my top four items of expenditure. Had I been working that would have been equivalent to a £5450 a year rise!
Sandra Haurant writing in AOL News in 2015 stated that the average family could save £10651 a year by reducing the cost of their top 12 items of expenditure. Now how much money could you save if you could systematically reduce practically every item of your expenditure? Enough money to change your life, start a business, secure your retirement and travel the world? ‘The Combined Charities Money Savers Manual’ is a large 277-page book that shows you how to reduce the cost of practically 100% of your expenditure. It includes 22 step-by-step guides, 670 tips and suggestions and nearly a thousand website address enabling you to delve into any subject in further dept. Everything is written in simple easy to understand language. This manual shows you how to quickly, simply and permanently reduce your household expenditure for life. It costs less than a meal for four at Mc Donald’s and it will enable you to reduce your household expenditure by up to a third. But it also frees up sufficient capital to utterly change your life, let me explain.
Increasing your income. I have known for years that in order to become wealthy you have to acquire assets (an asset is anything that makes you money) and reinvest part of the profits from that asset into acquiring other assets or increasing the revenue from your original asset. But there is a problem because most people never acquire sufficient money to purchase any asset. It took my grandfather years to save the money for his first business venture. It took me two months.
Last year 244000 people started their own business ventures in the UK. Many of these businesses can be undertaken part-time from the comfort and convenience of your own home. Most internet related businesses cost just a few hundred pounds to set up and run. £200 invested in an internet business with a Return On Investment as low as 25.7% will enable you to achieve an income of £48000 a year in around two years. Many home based businesses are very lucrative but there is a problem. 71% of home business are either cons or simply do not achieve the results expected. You need to weed out the ineffective, unprofitable, time-wasting and downright money grabbing systems and select the very best, simple, profitable and effective home businesses. You require a business that is simple to run, represents good value for money, appropriate for people with limited or no business experience, requires only limited capital, offers full support and assistance and generates a good return on your investment. In short a business that has been extensively tested and approved by independent experts in that business field. It would take you hundreds of hours to research a business that fulfills your needs, is genuine, lucrative, simple to run and cost effective. Fortunately you don’t have to.
‘Unlimited Income – Home Business Directory’ lists over 130 of the very best, independently tested, simple, lucrative and proven UK home business opportunities. Businesses that fit your criteria, time, finances, ability and interests. Independently test by experts for periods of up to a year. Only the very best, proven and recommended systems are included in ‘Unlimited Income – Home Business Directory’. By weeding out those systems that don’t work, are scams or do not give a sufficient Return On Investment you will maximize your chances of success and massively eliminate your chance of failure. The Directory splits business into eight different categories: Forex and stock market trading, betting systems, the property market, copy writing, blogging and publishing, online marketing and trading, selling on eBay and Amazon, affiliate marketing and miscellaneous business opportunities. Plus a 5 step guide to achieving financial independence. Investing in a copy of ‘Unlimited Income – Home Business Directory’ will save you hundreds of hours of effort, frustration, money and time by eliminating those business opportunities that simply don’t work and only showing you the very best, proven and lucrative home business opportunities currently available in the UK. You simply cannot fail.
Living the dream-how to achieve your life goals.
There is something very wonderful in running a business that helps others. Many families struggle financially. Over the last few years, and particularly since 2008, family incomes have stagnated or even declined (the disabled have fared very badly over the last few years). It seems strange to me that people will pay several pounds a week to purchase lottery tickets where the chance of achieving a decent payout are around 40 million to one but seem reluctant to invest £17 for a manual that, if their grocery bill is £60 a week or more, will pay for itself in the first week and will potentially save them many thousands of pounds a year every year for the rest of their lives.
If reducing your income does not free up sufficient cash to achieve your life goals running your own business certainly will. Most people believe that running a business requires a lot of money, effort, luck and intelligence. They are wrong. Anyone can run their own simple home based business. 23 year old Adrian started a novelty potato business in 2016. He wrote novelty messages on potatoes. He set up his business using £1000 from his savings and set up a simple website. How as he done? In the first 12 months he achieved a profit of £26732.71, equivalent to £64.29 per hour (he only works a few hours a week). Could you do that?
28 year old Pipa quit her job two years ago to set up a nut butter business. She raised the £120K start up capital by crowdfunding. In the last two years the business has achieved a turnover of over two million pounds. You can make a wonderful living trading on line or selling on Amazon or eBay. If you can write out a betting slip you can profit from horse racing. The top tipster listed in the Directory achieved a profit of 38.46% when their system was reviewed by an expert. Best Forex systems yielded Return On Investments of 63.5% and 58.5% respectably. Running a home based business is particularly appropriate for those of us who are retired. This age group as the experience and tenacity to make a success of any business venture. Cate and Nikki from Manchester invested their pension pot of £30K into renovating a old five bedroom terraced house. They made a profit of £55117 and now run a lucrative property development business making over £200K a year – and they are pensioners!
You have no idea what you can achieve until you try. The ‘Unlimited Income – Home Business Directory’ lists the very best home business opportunities in the UK. What have you got to lose?
